The Rome Opera House (Teatro dell'Opera di Roma)

It is is an opera house located in Rome known as the Royal Opera House. Originally opened in 1880 as the Costanzi Theatre, it has undergone several modifications and improvements. Today, a seating capacity is 1600 seats. It is the venue for the opera company's summertime presentations. The theater's acoustics are legendary. Many great premieres has been performed here including the works by famous by Giacomo Puccini and Pietro Mascagni.
