It’s got a unique vintage atmosphere: the 1920s Egyptian-themed décor harks back to movie palaces of the day like TLC Egyptian Theatre. But the best part is the expansive leg room between rows.

This old movie theater has been beautifully preserved. The manager sometimes dresses up like characters from the movies they are screening!

This was the theater where Clarence meets Alabama in TRUE ROMANCE. :-)

Built in 1923 atop the ruins of Griffith’s Babylon, this 800-seat Egyptian theater, originally a legit stage called “The Bard” is now a movie theater hosting hipsters in the Los Feliz area.
