The oldest architectural bureau of Los Angeles. Luxury modern area. 12-storey concrete building. Built in 1931 by architect O. Clements Morgan. The first floor is occupied by the "Western" theater which was originally developed as a vaudeville theater. Today the capacity of the theater is 1200 people on the ground floor. For the standing crowd it makes 2,300 standing places. Also, there are different levels, balconies and mezzanines. Throughout its history the area had been repeatedly changed.

    The Wiltern was built in glamorous art deco style. Headliners like Wilco and Jack White stop here. Balcony seating and multiple levels of standing room offer stellar stage views.
