The London Transport Museum covers all aspects of transportation in London, its detailed periodization and the history of its development.
The museum is rather small and one visit is enough to see everything. The main site is in Covent Garden, the entrance fee is roughly 15 pounds for an adult, free for children, discount system is available for students. A person with a permanent ticket is provided with a bonus, the entrance is free for his companion.
Children take great interest in the museum for they display significant numbers of full-scale buses, trams, trolleybuses, tube and rail rolling stock and other vehicles, and they may entered into them.
A souvenir coin with an image of transport may be purchased for 1 pound at the exit.
Address: Covent Garden Piazza, London
