A huge building, one of the best creations of the famous Istanbul architect Alexander Valluri (1850-1921), built (1890-1892) for the Imperial Ottoman Bank. Inaugurated in may 1892, a new building of the Bank was to become the symbol of power of the Ottoman Empire. Closed in 2001
Now Functions as a gallery, Museum, archive and research center.
