The Pera Museum, in the same quarter of the Pen, is the permanent collection of exhibits of works of art from the late Ottoman period to the early twentieth century, including paintings by famous Turkish artist, archaeologist and artist Osman Hamdi Bey. In addition to the permanent exhibition, the Museum also hosts traveling exhibitions of European celebrities such as Rembrandt, Goya, etc.
